Ok, lets reviel this Moby Dick... 
Momy+Christmas=bulking... 

Maby i've got some jelly on my belly, but at least i feal strong as fuck...and ive menaged to correct technique on 5 crusial compound barbel movments (backsquat, deadlift, bench pres, overhed press, barbel row)

So target to get lean is still second priority... First lest strenght and technique. 

For two next weeks i,ll be on 1800 keto diet. Then get back to my vege with fish 2300

For consideration is Dry January chellenge... As i realy want to cut my alcohol and smoking habits. 

What im happy about is that i can keep at least 15 workouts a month.. Despite of heavy obsticles as christmas and buisness travels. 

And here i go:

I should put some pic i guess. Im exhousted! Just finished leg day whitch is most intense training.
