But have any of you made any super discoveries about excellent supplements that have undeniably benefited your life - whether libido, strength, sleep quality, or just general health?

Post em up here!

I scanned through supplements for various purposes. I'd recommend Creatine Monohydrate for muscle building -  it makes quite a difference in most people. The most researched supplement as well. 3-5g a day. Then Whey Protein to get adequate protein for the day and improve satiety. It's incredibly hard to get fat from eating protein, and when various diets are compared, protein must be equal, because higher protein helps with body composition and the diet with higher protein would win. It also has the highest thermic effect, so the biggest percentage of it is burned during processing by the body, so let's say 20% of protein calories "don't count".
Everything else is massive "meh".

Hang on young man!  Are you saying Zinc and Magnesium don't do anything?  Magnesium especially is lacking in most people's diet...Surely that is some use?

I do feel a little more "alive" in the groin area when I take those 2 combined.

I'm 30 years old and been on TRT through an online clinic for about 4 months. 150mg of testosterone cypionate/week + DHEA + Anastrozole + HCG. It's been great so far. No reason not to do it in my opinion as a man because the benefits (improvements to mental clarity, energy, sense of wellbeing, more attractive to women, etc) far outweigh the cons (injecting 2-3x a week and cost, which isn't a lot relatively speaking).

I also use the normal bodybuilding supplements, such as creatine, pre-workout, whey, casein, and a multivitamin called Animal Pak.

I've gained about 10 pounds of lean mass while on TRT.

When I had an active sexlife, I used viagra regularly as well as cialis when I could get it. I also sometimes use viagra/cialis as a pre-workout to improve pumps in the gym.

I also have a prescription for Trimix, which is an injectable ED drug much more powerful than viagra. I was desperate at one point where I was having trouble getting and staying hard with hot women, so I filled the Trimix prescription but never actually injected it because I had yet to get over the mental hurdle of injecting my dick (luckily, I am a lot more comfortable around needles now that I inject myself weekly for TRT).

Well that's an unexpected twist.   Everyone is wondering what the online clinic is, so I'll ask.   Big Grin Smile

Sure, I guess it can help. It seems though it isn’t that hard to get adequate amounts from food...? And excess can be bad in some cases. Plus, I just don’t believe singling out one micronutrient and supplementing it will do much in the complicated matrix of cause and effect...but hey, if you have specific problems linked to a micronutrient and supplementation solves this, by all means supplement.

The supplements I recommended seem to be broadly applicable for men improving their physique, and safe. Of course we could go a level deeper, recommend vitamin D, omega 3...

For years I’ve relied on www.examine.com so any supplement is scrutinized there in detail.

I don't have a specific problem at all.  I just like the idea of shooting massive long ropes of jiz.  Plus I'll take anything that helps me to sleep...Melatonin did nothing.  Tongue

Creatine - 5mg/day (but not monohydrate, i will change for mono when i finnish this part)
Colagen+Zinc
Ashwaganda - 2x 400mg/day - im doing it till the end and shwitching for some recomended by Ayahuasquiero, this was a good for start as it pust you into a deep sleep real weel, but it occurs it decreses T level.
Bacopa Mieri - 1x/day
Rhodiola Rosea - 1x/day
NAC - 1x/day - this was a game changer, it affect on your liver regeneration so you get rid of toxin faster, and its also a medicin for blocked nose - sow win-win for me (sinks, got solfuge in it)
MACA - 1x/day
Citruline 40 min befor traning sesion

Im keen to listen what Ayahuasqueiro_Brasileiro said about traning and suplementation, so i will slowly try it out. Aspacialy this metalic oils he mensioned - never hear of it befor. There are expensive so Im looking to get a better deal on it.

I found the combination of melatonin and unisom helps on sleepless nights; kratom sometimes as a pre-workout boost and analgesic...also helps with bouts of depression.

40 years old and TRT has been a game changer for me.
I have to modify the protocol occassionally as I have endured a few hormonal issues through my life.

I reccommend all guys get their full test levels measured even if everything is working correctly. You need to know the numbers to be certain if they decline in the future.

It's imperative you get the numbers for:
1. Free test
2. Total test
3. Bio-available test.

Without those 3 values you cannot be sure to identify if you have any issues.
