After my lazy pussy bodyweight workout it was about time to join a gym

1st day completed, took things easy trying to do proper form.

But it is going to get hardcore.

I used to do NoFap because in my experience porn and wanking killed my energy and made me feel depressed. After taking a suplement with zinc and vitamin D I no longer have that problem. My only problem is not having currently a girl to have sex, which is far more interesting than pornhub.

I might take a photo and meassurements, just let's take into account that my workout till a couple of days ago has been an easy bodyweight one so let's not expect big changes.

I was about to write this on Steve's journal as a comment but I thought I might just update mine.

'I included walking in my routine too. I am trying to go to the gym 5 days per week (last I went 4) and I have made it so I go home walking after the gym (Which takes an hour).'

That's along the lines of what I was about to comment.

I think walking is the best exercise. It doesn't give you muscles but it is just too beneficial no matter who you are or your age. A pity we have to do it with poluted air but there is not running from that. Pun intented.

It also gave me time to listen a complete audiobook last week, 'The subtle art of not giving a fuck.' It was fine.

I think I will try to listen The Fountainhead as I haven't still finished the damn book.
